This company is wonderful! They've helped me so much with my husband. They have a great staff of people for sitting with your loved one. Not only that, they will also help you around the house. If you need help, they can be trusted to assign you a person you will confident about caring for your loved one. I'm so glad I found them. They've been a blessing.

I don't even know where to begin to share what an amazing experience our family has had with HomeLife Personal Care. They came highly recommended when we were looking for caregivers for our 90-year-old mother and father and truly their team has become like a family to us during the almost 3 years of our relationship with their company. Our dad, being a physician and a bit particular, was looking for professionalism and competence and was highly complimentary of the extra care that Julie and her team took in matching the caregivers to their needs and even took special attention to making sure it was a good personality fit, as well. Honestly, we have all commented recently, after our dad's passing, that we don't know how we would have made it through these last years without their team by our side. Highly recommend!

They interviewed several candidates to ensure they got the perfect fit for us. We are so ecstatic to have found this company! They have been there for our every need with a compassionate, professional heart.

The company doesn't seem to be reliable. They have missed a whole week of care for my parent and they are constantly switching caregivers. I think we are on #3. They were supposed to have someone come into the home to provide care, but they call an hour before the provider is supposed to arrive to say no one is coming and they would "make up" the day later on in the week. It seems they don't understand that their staff provide an important role in the recovery of their patients and when they fail to provide a caregiver at the agreed upon time, it hurts their patients and their patients' families. We are fortunate other arrangements can be made today but so far, my experience with them makes it hard to feel comfortable that they will actually show up.Update: The company seems to be doing everything possible to remedy the situation. The care has been satisfactory and my dad is being cared for. I'm upping my rating because the caregiver has been extremely professional and the management took care of the issue ASAP.

I cannot say enough about the services that Julie and Judy provided my family and my Dad. We went with them after being disappointed by other larger agencies!. Judy was always responsive to our calls and did. Not hesitate to provide feedback , suggestions and support. We went with Homelife for geriatric management and wish we would have done it earlier. They stepped in and managed my Dad’s care right up to the end. I will be forever grateful for their compassion, knowledge and support as we navigated through some challenging medical issues! They managed every aspect of my dad’s care and nothing was too much trouble! As a adult child who was not local, asking them to step In and manage my Dad’s care was the best decision i have made.
